As you will note, we have
completed costing of the Holly Drain renovation. The remainder
of the drainage monies will be spent on underground drainage to ~
be installed mainly in cropland areas. I have enclosed a revise~~~
page for INSTALLATION for July 1, 1999 through June 30, 2000. .
:;~
Working with the Northeast Prowers SCD, we will begin asking for'
interested cooperators after our November 10 SCD board meeting.
We will be sending out letters to eligible irrigators as soon as
the SCD board authorizes it. They just wanted to be sure the
money was available before they made any commitment.

We have completed all of the harvest of demonstration sites and I
will be getting with each of the 1999 cooperators while I am in
the Holly area on November 10 to get their final information.

I have already made arrangements to get the EM 38 salinity survey
done on the Paul Frank center pivot and will be making plans for
a BMP Workshop when I meet with the SCD board. I
will notify you as to the time and location of the
Workshop when plans have been completed.

I am making arrangements to have all bills for the
Holly Project sent to you and then will request
that you sen m on to CSU for payment.
