Rights In several ditches are jointly awned by the
Tri-City Trust, comprised of Denver, Englewood a"d Littleton, The Trust Is In
the process of dissolution with the distribution of the assets to be made to
t~ member cities. The proportional interests of the water rights will be
conveyed to the cities as set forth below:

City

Proportional Interest

LI tt leton

42.1624%
37.1180%

.'

Denver

Englewood

20.7196%

An amount of 2.25 cfs was adjudicated to the Epperson Ditch on April 15, 191Z
with an approporlatlon date of May I, 1860. The Epperson Ditch Is no longer
In use but has not been abandoned, Although the ditch is no longer useable,
the pump station which supplied the ditch Is still Intact, although not operable,
The Epperson right is owned by the Tri-City Trust and is not being distributed
with the other assets pending a decision as to Its dispostlon.

Analysis of Table 1 indicates that almost 80% of the active adjudicated rights
within Water District No.8 are for municipal use, In addition to the rights
adjudicated within the District diverted at the ditches shown in the Table,
diversions of water Imported from the West Slape are made by Denver and Aurora
at their respective Intakes for municipal use. The City of Denver diverts
Blue River water conveyed thru the Roberts Tunnel at Its Intake and Aurora
diverts its share of the Homestake Project water at I ts intake.

Water Calls in Division No. I from District 8 and downstream are summarized
In Table Z for 1954 thru 1966. The Table shows for each month of the irrigation
system the number of days that the listed de6rees called water from the river.
