fishing vaJues, the State engineer shaH so regulate !be transmOllJ1-
tain diversions above referred to to the end tlmt no dIversIons
shall be made which will reduce tbe remaining aggregate stream-
flows to less tbaD either of tbe following minimWlI standards:
(i) The Fryingpan collection system at the points of di-
verslOn collectively, exclusive of Lime Creek: 15 c.f.s. Odober
1 tbrough March 31; 30 c.f.s. April 1 through September 30.
(ii) Near Norrie (immediately below tJle j unction of North
Fork and Fryingpan River): 30 c.f.s. October 1 through.
March 31; IOU c.f.s. April 1 through April 30; 150 d.s. Ma.y
1 through May 31; 200 c.ts. June 1 tJll"ough J IDle 30; 100
c.ts. July 1 through July 31; 75 cIs. August 1 through
August 31; G5 c.f.s. September 1 through September 30.
In maintaining the above minimum standa.rds, the project di-
versions shall be regulated, so fa.r ~lS is practica.ble, ill such a nmB.
ner tlUtt the North Fork of tbe Fryingpan River, the Fryingpan
River, and each of tbe tributa.ries of tbose strenJlls, shllll contribute
to the residual streamflows required by those minimUIll standards
quantities of water in proportion to their natural contributions.
(b) For storage in Ruedi Reservoir to the extent of its actual
capacity, which is contemplated to be not less !ban 100,000 acre-
feet. .
(0) For 3,000 acre-feet annually, to tbe extent tbat it is "vail-
able in excess of (a) and (b) abm-." or such part thereof as ma.y
be required, to be delivered. to the Twin Lakes Reservoir & C....n...l
Co. in exchange for equivalent releases from the headwaters of the
Roaring Fork River which would otherwise be diverted through
such Twin Lakes Reservoir & Can",l Co. collection ",nd di\'ersion
system.
(d) For any other beneficial use in western Colomdo in ~-'
cord...nce with wurt decree, but not herein contemplated. .
(2) Tbe effectulltion of the above principles requires concur-

engineer llJlllu",lly shall collect pertinent dlLta, including infor-

wntel' and the maximmu of concurrent diversIOns and storage.
The diversions herein contemplated sh...1l be on the basis of a
water year hereh\' defined n.g that interim of October 1 to the
following September 30.
10. For the protect,ion of 1"eCI'ea.t.ionu] values, including fishing, on
the Fryingpnn River below Rl1edi Reservoir, releases of water from
sit.id reservoir, not t.o exceed the stream inflow, shall be made so t.ha.t
the streamflow imme,diately h<>low the junction of the. Fryingpan
River and Rocky F",'k sli. II uot be reduced below 30 c.f.s. from
November 1 to April :30, ami 110 c.ts. frolll May 1 to Oct{Jber 30, or
