<br />9. Findings of Fact By the Administration <br /> <br />A finding of fact was made on May 25, 1970 by telephonic . <br />meeting to determine when the reservoir would be declared empty. The <br />minutes of that meeting follow: <br /> <br />SPECIAL TELEPHONIC MEETING <br />MAY 25,1970 <br /> <br />A special telephonic meeting was held May 25, 1970, in <br />accordance with Article V-F of the Compact for the purpose of <br />declaring the reservoir to become empty. It was declared the reservoir <br />would become empty May 28. 1970. <br /> <br />Mr. C. J. Kuiper, Colorado State Engineer and Mr. Rudy <br />Styduhar Division Engineer were notified of this action and <br />administration of decreed water rights for Colorado would commence <br />on May 28. unless a change of conditions justified cancellation or <br />modification of this notice. <br /> <br />The reservoir became empty 2100 MDT on May 28.1970. <br /> <br />Participating members: <br />For Kansas - Mr. Bentrup and Mr. Green <br />For Colorado - Mr. Reedy and Mr. Reyher <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted <br /> <br />ARKANSAS RIVER COMPACT ADMINISTRATION <br />BY, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />COLONEL GUSTAV L.
