In this connection thC}' have ex- <br />pended frecly.of the'ir time and Ldcnts over ,\ period of many months <br />molding into workable form a compact he tween the states involved which <br />is ,it monument to their intellect, pcr~cvcrcncc and diplomacy. <br /> <br />All of said members have. since ratification of the compact. <br />pioneered its administration and h;IVC worked in harmony and with ;tn <br />unselfish elevation to its success to thL' end that its fruits have been <br />attained. tu its highest degree. <br /> <br />BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that this administration, in an' <br />nu;d meeting asscmblrd, do hereby heartily commend said outgoing <br />members.
