four digit number. For example ABA 1302 is in Region 13 or in

New Mexico, and Texas. The Rio Grande Region is one of the
21 planning Regions or basins selected by the U. S. Water
Resources Council for analysis in the 1975 Assessment.

problems and to provide information for use in the national
