Act of April II, 1956 (70 Stat. 105). authorizing the
Colorado River Storage and Participation Projects;
section 15 of the Act of June 13, 1962 (76 Stat. 96),
authorizing the Navajo Indian Irrigation Project and the
initial stage of the San Juan-Chama Reclamation Project;
section 6 of the Act of August 16, 1962 (76 Stat. 389),
authorizing the Fryingpan-Arkansas Project; and section 206
of the Act of June 24, 1974 (88 Stat. 274). the Colorado
