Similar out-of-priority statistics aze.
also given to the right of the day-by-day analyses.
Figure A-sc summarizes the in-priority analyses on a mont.h-,
by-month and year-by-year basis. At the bottom of Figure A-se,
Program Pl prints the average number of days and the , of time
that the water right is in priority for each month during the
entire study periOd.
In Figures A-Sa, A-sb and A-sc, Program PR bases the in-
priority ~tatus on the number of days during each specific month1
that the water right would potentially be in priority, as define,a
by the se.Bon .2!!!.!!!. As an example, if the season of use were
defined as in the case of Figure A-s to be from May 13 through
August 27, there would be 19 days in May (May 13 through May 31,
inclusivelY) and 27 days in August (August 1 through 27,
inclusivelY) during which the water right could potentially be
entitled to divert. As in the case of Figure A-Sa for the year
19s1, during the 19-day periOd for May l3 through May 31, the
April l, j880 West Ditch water right would be entitled to divert'
only 2 dats or III (2/19) of the time.
Figure A-sd summarizes the out-of-priority status on a
month-by-~onth and year-by-year basis, and on a study periOd
basis, as'well. However, Program PR summarizes these statistics
on a full+month basis, because the user of out-of-priority date
is more likely to be looking at the full calendar year than he i~
to be loo~ing at the diversion season. Therefore, in any month
in which t.here is a split caused by the definition of the seallon:
A-9

,,_'U>._'

,
.;

,-,

;;
/',
