The Council anticipates that Reclamation will budget sufficient funds for the reqnired operation and <br />maintenance of the Grand Valley and Paradox Valley Units. <br /> <br />"' The Council recognizes that these units are not yet authorized, but recommends that Reclamation continue <br />to seek authorization. Hence, additional funding will be needed to construct this unit in future years. <br /> <br />'!!
