A policy agreement with SEO be developed on how future releases are to be <br />administered to the critical reach through the Grand Valley Project diversions. <br /> <br />2. Records' of diversions, power returns, and checked amounts be collected and <br />evaluated to determine if the releases are actually making it to the critical reach. <br /> <br />- Please do not hesitate to call if you have questions or comments on this report.
