Those sections of the river that will be studied include. <br /> <br />l~he Middle Fork and the East Fork from their sources to their con- <br /> <br />flucnce. thence the Piedra to its junction with Colorado Highway 16011. <br /> <br />"0riginally, Congress had legislated that all of the tributaries and <br /> <br />headwaters on National Forest lands be studied", Westerberg stated. <br /> <br />"but this section "'as dropped by Congress last Fall as a result of <br /> <br />an amendment sponsored by Congressman Evans".
