Introduction

On August 25, 1989 I prepared a memo to the Executive Director that
was eventually forwarded to all members of the Commission's
Engineering Committee. That memo was an analysis of the draft
Colorado River System Consumpti ve Uses and Losses Report 1981-1985
(Uses and Losses Report). Included 1n that memo was a graphical
analysis of the Uses and Losses Report. Today' s memo 1S intended
to be an update of that memo that reflects all changes in the
original draft Consumpti ve Uses and Losses Report.

Methods

This updated analysis was accomplished by using the original 513
charts, using the original parameters for each chart. The original
chart numbers and parameters of each chart have not changed. The
only changes were the updated 1981-1985 values for each chart. The
resul ting charts were arranged in groups of as many as SiX and
assembled on the same graphical scheme as the August 25, 1989,
analysis. The resul ting ninety-nine graphs are attached along wi th
a table of contents. The graphs are arranged in three ser1es as
described below:
