The Willow Creek and Lake Granby watersh~ds were the low~st <br />at 29 percent of average. The poudre watershed was the highest at 11~ percent <br />of average. <br /> <br />Temperatures over the Project were average to colder than average on the west <br />slope and average to warmer than average on the east slope of the Project for <br />January. Ft.
