Mr. Hoppers is to develop a draft agenda and send it to <br />AWRBIAC members for comment. If other members have ideas contact <br />Mr. Hoppers or any other Environmental Resources Committee member. <br /> <br />A MOTION was made by Bill Pearson to approve the Environmental <br />Resources Committee Report. A SECOND was made by J.M. Shafer. <br /> <br />MOTION APPROVED. <br /> <br />Five Minute Activitv Reports <br /> <br />Reports received will be included in the Annual Report. <br /> <br />Resolutions for Recoanition of Service <br /> <br />A MOTION was made by Mr. Young that resolutions in" Recognition of <br />Service of Joe Harkins, Joel Wentz, James Barnett, and Gene Sullivan <br />be accepted. A SECOND was made by Mr. Wright. The MOTION was <br />PASSED. (Copies attached). <br /> <br />Unfinished Business <br /> <br />Steve McIntosh - The fall meeting date is tentatively scheduled for <br />October 16-18, 1991 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The theme for the meeting <br />will be Non-Point Source Pollution and the continuation of our Master <br />Plan and the Comprehensive Planning Committee efforts. <br /> <br />Spring meeting - host state - possibly Colorado or Louisiana <br />
