The MOTION was SECONDED. <br />Mr. McIntosh said Missouri would "tentatively" accept the <br />chairmanship. The resolution was APPROVED. <br /> <br />General Discussion <br /> <br />Steve McIntosh suggested we may want to examine, in view of passing <br />the Comprehensive Planning Committee Resolution, how we could <br />integrate the plan outline into our next meeting, and how a master <br />plan should be involved on the agenda. Randy Young - A <br />Comprehensive Planning Committee Report should be completed 30 days <br />in advance of October meeting. Recommendations coming out of that <br />Committee would require some type of full AWRBIAC action. Bill <br />Pearson - I think it is a good idea to set a goal and have the <br />Committee Report to all members 30 days before the October meeting. <br /> <br />Committee Reoorts <br /> <br />I. The <br />minutes of the full AWRBIAC were discussed and changes made, <br />specifically on the Master Copy, on the second page 3, the name <br />"Bill Pearson" will be added to the beginning of the fourth <br />paragraph, and "Randy Young" will be added on the following page, <br />page four, at the beginning of paragraph four ("I think without <br />question the ..."). Discussion followed on future minutes. It was <br />decided that the minutes should be centered on action items - motions <br />
