-4- o ("") w::.. c C." -.J Comprehensive Planning Committee: Randy Young made a MOTION for the state of Missouri to Chair the Comprehensive Planning Committee. The MOTION was SECONDED. Mr. McIntosh said Missouri would "tentatively" accept the chairmanship. The resolution was APPROVED. General Discussion Steve McIntosh suggested we may want to examine, in view of passing the Comprehensive Planning Committee Resolution, how we could integrate the plan outline into our next meeting, and how a master plan should be involved on the agenda. Randy Young - A Comprehensive Planning Committee Report should be completed 30 days in advance of October meeting. Recommendations coming out of that Committee would require some type of full AWRBIAC action. Bill Pearson - I think it is a good idea to set a goal and have the Committee Report to all members 30 days before the October meeting. Committee Reoorts I. Shafer, Southwestern Power Administration Mike Melton, Oklahoma Charles Michael, Missouri, Chair Agency Bill Pearson, Corps of Engineers Guests: Brooks Gallman, Burea of Reclamation Curtis Patterson, Louisiana Richard Hoppers, Environmental 'Protection Agency pris Houchens, Arkansas Robert Cantrell, Soil Conservation Service Tony Bagwell, Texas Terri Sparks, Oklahoma Charles Armstrong, Corps of Engineers The minutes of the Administrative Committee were approved. The minutes of the full AWRBIAC were discussed and changes made, specifically on the Master Copy, on the second page 3, the name "Bill Pearson" will be added to the beginning of the fourth paragraph, and "Randy Young" will be added on the following page, page four, at the beginning of paragraph four ("I think without question the ...").
