It is my pleasure to introduce <br />to you the Mayor of North Little Rock, Patrick Hayes. The Mayor has <br />experience serving in the General Assembly in Arkansas. Following <br />the heavy rain and high water that we experienced in Arkansas last <br />year the Governor appointed Mayor Hayes to the Flood Prevention Task <br />Force. The Mayor has a keen interest in water resources. <br /> <br />Mayor Hayes: There are a number of things that I get to enjoy as a <br />local official and probably one of the most, if not the most, is <br />welcoming people to the City of North Little Rock.
