The quality of life <br />facing energy workers will directly affect their productivity and the achievement <br />of energy production targets. The service related jObs revolving around <br />additional energy activity will create additional problems because higher wage ~ <br />rates in the energy activities tend to draw workers out of traditional ~ <br />job patterns and decrease the availability of workers to the service and <br />agricultural sectors. <br />
