<br />5.0 FUNDING OF THE RECOVERY PROGRAM <br /> <br />o <br />C) <br />(..) <br />...., <br />c.n <br />0) <br /> <br />5.1 INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />One of the basic principles of this recovery program is that protection and <br />recovery is a cooperative responsibility. This specifically applies to <br />funding of the recovery program. The estimated expenditures for the recovery <br />program are divided into two areas, the annual operating budget and capital <br />funds. Several sources of funding will be needed to finance both annual <br />operations and capital expenditures associated with the recovery program. <br /> <br />5.2 ANNUAL RECOVERY PROGRAM BUDGET <br /> <br />The elements described in this document are considered necessary for the <br />protection and recovery of the rare fishes.
