Unless specifically authorized by the Compact Administration separate releases by <br />Colorado shall not exceed 750 cis and separate releases by Kansas shall not exceed <br />500 cfs. <br />b. Concurrent releases shall not exceed 1250 cis. <br />c. When water stored in the conservation pool is less than 20,000 AF, releases to Kansas <br />shall not exceed 400 cfs and concurrent releases shall not exceed 1000 cfs. (Art. V) <br /> <br />6. When the supply in the conservation pool falls below a 14-day supply level. the Compact <br />Administration will notify the State Engineer of Colorado of the date when the supply will <br />be exhausted, and at that time. Colorado priorities above and below the dam will be <br />administered together. (Art. V) <br />7.
