Plans for this feature include <br />the construction of an earth and rockfl11 type dam on Willow Creek <br />about 4.5 miles north of Granby and a canaJ., 3.4 miles long, lead- <br />ing !'ram the reservoir to the pumping plant and thence to Granby <br />Reservoir. <br /> <br />co <br />c') <br />>- <br /> <br />Granby Pumping Plant (1947-1950) 1s located on the north shore <br />of Granby He servoir about three mile s north of Granby Dam. The <br />pumping units 11ft .....ater fro~ Granby Reservoir to the Granby Pump <br />Canal which carries the water north to Shadow Mountain Lake.
