The team consisted of Mr. Eric Will, Project Manager <br />I <br />,and principal investigator for spillway and reservoir hydrauliCS, <br />Mr. V. A. Koelzer, who gave overall advice and review and carried out the <br />hydrologic portions of the study" and Mr. J. L. H. Paulhus, who conducted <br />the hydrometeorological review and analyses. In addition, Mr. R. 0, Gilmore <br />and the Dames & Moore support staff conducted the flood routing, reservoir <br />routing and cost analyses.
