<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />Coordinated Reservoir Operations: <br /> <br />Provide assistance to Bureau of Reclamation in implementing a monitoring <br />program to follow how peaks develop and a data base of flow and operational <br />criteria for the coordinated Reservoir operation study. Work will be coordinated <br />with the efforts of the Loveland and Grand Junction offices of Bureau of <br />Reclamation, Denver Water, and the State Engineer. <br /> <br />E. <br /> <br />General Support Activities: <br /> <br />The Division of Water Resources will provide assistance to the Board staff in <br />an effort to quantify instream flows and to determine which portions of water <br />rights for the endangered fish will be modifiable and non-modifiable. The work <br />will include attending meetings, reviewing reports, providing comments. and <br />reporting back to the Service and the WAC. <br /> <br />The Division of Water Resources will participate in the Technical Advisory <br />Committee and the Water Rights Planning Model Subcommittee for the <br />Colorado River Decision Support System. Planned activities include the review <br />of work products, developing hydrological data, water development projections, <br />and interpretation of results as they relate to endangered fish flow. The work <br />will include attending meetings. reviewing reports, providing comments, and <br />reporting to the Service and the WAC. <br /> <br />The Division of Water Resources will provide assistance to the Bureau of <br />Reclamation by providing the Service perspective and input on issues related <br />to the Grand Valley Water Management Study. The work will include attending <br />meetings, reviewing reports, providing comments and reporting back to the <br />Service and the WAC, <br /> <br />The Division of Water Resources will continue to work on scheduling, <br />accounting. and protection for endangered fish flow from Flaming Gorge and <br />Aspinall Reservoirs. <br /> <br />Serve as Chairman of the WAC, develop annual updates to the RIPRAP, <br />coordinate scopes of work, develop meeting agendas, distribute meeting <br />material, and conduct meetings. <br /> <br />VIII. Study Schedule: <br /> <br />The work will proceed in accordance with the schedules of the various components <br />of the RIPRAP. ' <br /> <br />IX. <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br /> <br />Given the diverse nature of the work involved, some deliverables are hard to specify. <br />Annual progress reports will be prepared for the Recovery Program. In addition to the <br />Program reports, annual reports will be prepared documenting Ruedi releases and <br />gage operation with the appropriate data.
