Tasks have included: <br /> <br />A. Preparing meeting summaries on a rotating basis, about two times per year. <br /> <br />B. Preparing Scopes of Work for: <br /> <br />1. Water Right Consultant Services <br />2. Palisade Gage <br />3, 27.5-Mile Gage at Lower End of 15-Mile Reach <br />4. Return Flow Analysis 15-Mile Reach <br />5. Steamboat Lake Water Lease Administration <br />6. Yampa Little Snake Gage and Sediment Work <br /> <br />C. Soliciting proposals and administering contracts for water rights and reservoir <br />yield studies. <br /> <br />D. Preparing contract's release criteria for the lease of water from Ruedi Reservoir. <br />Scheduling water deliveries from Ruedi Reservoir to the 15-Mile Reach. <br />Preparing and coordinating release criteria for releases from Steamboat Lake. <br />Coordinating releases scheduled for Steamboat Lake with Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board (CWCB) and the Division of Parks (Parks). <br /> <br />E. <br /> <br />Preparing annual report to the CWCB on Ruedi flows and associated benefits <br />to the 1 5-Mile Reach. Preparing annual report to the CWCB and Parks on the <br />endangered fish releases from Steamboat Lake. <br /> <br />F. Providing follow up to people wishing to sell water to the Recovery Program, <br /> <br />G. Providing coordination on fish passage projects. <br /> <br />H. Preparing annual progress reports for projects under the supervision of the <br />WAC. <br /> <br />V. Study Area: Colorado and Green River Basins <br /> <br />VI. Study Method/Approach: <br /> <br />This proposal represents a' compilation of Division of Water Resources activities to <br />support ongoing hydrology data collection, contract administration, and development <br />of data necessary for the WAC to assess the acquisition of water. Activities are <br />broken out by specific tasks with task descriptions. budgets, and deliverables. <br /> <br />2 <br />
