<br />· Pueblo Reservoir Enlargement- Dam safety concerns were raised and should be <br />addressed. Phasing on this and any project should be addressed. The impact of changing <br />population forecasts should also be addressed. <br />· Gravel Pits- Empty gravel pits could be ugly, however these could be popular for <br />1451 recreation and fishing when full. Not many BLM issues were noted. <br />. · Williams Creek Reservoir- Erosion issues on Fountain Creek were noted and the <br />potential impacts to water users between the reservoir and the Arkansas River. <br />3. USBLM concurred with the USBR that the USBR is the most likely lead federal pennitting <br />agency. <br />4. A further discussion of potential BLM land trades was held. It was again noted that land <br />trades would help facilitate ownership of more desirable properties by the BLM. It was noted <br />that BLM land also is on the south side of Pueblo Reservoir at T21S R66W Sec. 3 NE NE '/.I. <br />5.
