<br />v-"l <br /> <br />C'J <br /> <br />V~ <br /> <br />..~ <br /> <br />C.:) <br /> <br />'-..~) <br /> <br />",., <br /> <br />Be it Further Resolved: <br /> <br />That the gaging stations at San Acacia and San Marcial be and <br />the same are hereby abandoned for Compact purposes. <br /> <br />Be it Further Resolved: <br /> <br />That this Resolution has been passed unanimously and shall be <br />effective January 1, 1949, if within 120 days from this date the <br />Commissioner for each State shall have received from the Attorney <br />General of the State represented by him, an opinion approving this <br />Resolution, and shall have so advised the Chairman of the Commission, <br />otherwise, to be of no force and effect. <br /> <br />(Note: The following paragraph appears in the Minutes of the <br />Annual Meeting of the Commission held at Denver, Colorado, February <br />14-16, 1949: <br /> <br />"The Chairman announced that he had received, pursuant to the <br />Resolution adopted by the Commission at the Ninth Annual Meeting on <br />February 24, 1948, opinions from the Attorneys General of Colorado, <br />New Mexico and Texas that the substitution of stations and measure- <br />ments of deliveries by New Mexico set forth in said resolution was <br />within the powers of the Commission"l. <br />
