Description of normal annual operating plan for Crawford Reservoir: <br /> <br />i.) filling period: April-May <br /> <br />ii.) use of runoff forecasts: No portion of Crawford Reservoir has been allocated <br />exclusively for flood control. No specific flood control operating plans have been <br />established for Crawford Reservoir. Surcharge storage (3880.0 Acre-feet) in <br />combination with the uncontrolled spillway protect the dam from the inflow design <br />flood. (from Standing Operating Procedures, Crawford Dam and Reservoir, smith Fork <br />Project, Colorado) (runoff forecasting not applied) <br /> <br />iii.) administration date: November 1 <br />iv.) conditions under which storable water would not be stored: <br /> <br />vi.) conditions under which releases might be made other than to meet demands: <br /> <br />~.)
