designate 75 miles of the Cache La Poudre River as Colorado's first wild
and scenic: river. The Board finds the proposal a good comproI:lise between

for the long-term benefits of northern Colorado citizens by preserving a
scenic river canyon, while retaining future water storage options critical
to this area.
