Reviews and reports in significant nongovernmental activities being of interest to AWRBIAC may be requested of member agencies or others from time to time. ARTICLE VII - REVIEWS AND DISCUSSIONS OF PRELIMINARY PROJECT PLANS AND REPORTS, CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULES, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE Section 1. Procedure for Coordinating and Integrating Interests of Member Agencies a. Wherever practicable, ad hoc committees shall be appointed to discuss in round-table conferences preliminary project or program plans or reports, schedules for the execution of a major project or program and major operation and maintenance problems, and to present their findings to the sponsoring agency in the nature of informal comments and suggestions. Such committees will report back to AWRBIAC only that the assigned task has been completed, ~xcept where major differences of opinion arise. Procedure for resolving differences will then be initiated. b. AWRBIAC shall proIDote informal contacts among its membership. ARTICLE VIII - PLANS AND REPORTS Section 1. Basin Plan The plans for basin development, based on substantive material of the AWRBIAC Report, shall be maintained insofar as possible in harmony with evolving circumstances. Section 2. Reports a. Periodic reports of activities shall be prepared as deemed necessary by the committee and not less than one per year. State and agency contribu- tions, if any. to the report shall be prepared in accordance with specifica- tions of the Administrative Committee based on the purposes and type of report to be prepared. b. Each such periodic report will be published and circulated as appro- priate. 9
