Both meetings were scheduled and coordinated <br />by the Administrative Committee in cooperation with the AWRBIAC <br />member representing the host state. The details of each meeting <br />are recorded in the minutes which were prepared by the Secretary <br />and distributed to the members, participants, Congressmen and <br />Senators of the A~RBIAC states, and other interested individuals. <br />Prepared papers, standing committee reports, 5-minute reports on <br />current activities of the State and Federal agencies, and other <br />pertinent documents were appended to the minutes. <br /> <br />Adm!Il!.strf1t;Jv.~QolllDli tt.e..e <br /> <br />The Administrative Committee met on two occasions during the <br />reporting period. The committee formulated the meeting agendas, <br />selected meeting sites, reviewed correspondence, and responded to <br />other related AWRBIAC inquiries. The Exchange of <br />Program Information Committee (EPIC) waS inactive during fiscal <br />year 1987. <br /> <br />Environmental Resources Committee. The Environmental Resources <br />Committee was active in fiscal year 1987 and met on two <br />occasions. Questions on environmental concerns with regard to <br />reallocation of storage supplies and environmental components of <br />the 1986 Water Resources Development Act were reviewed by the <br />committee. <br /> <br />Comprehensive Planning Committee. The Comprehensive Planning <br />Committee (CPC) held a meeting in conjunction with the 118th <br />meeting of AWRBIAC. At the 118th meeting it was decided that the <br />current charge of the CPC had been fulfilled and that it would be <br />
