Prepare a report to the Biology Committee in March of each year on <br />the projected volume of water available for release to the fish between <br />April 1 and November 30 forthcoming that incorporates the desired <br />criteria of the Biofogy Committee considering senior water rights, water <br />supply and other appropriate parameters and recommend the timing of <br />releases from Navajo Dam to benefit endangered fish species <br /> <br />. Assure that the impacts to users of water stored in Navajo Reservoir <br />and those located downstream of Navajo Dam are considered and <br />minimized in the determination of release patterns from the reservoir <br /> <br />. Assure the diversion requirements of senior water right holders are <br />met before storage releases to benefit the endangered fish species are <br />met... <br />
