Would you please indicate your <br />availability and preference for the following dates, either by <br />return mail or by calling my secretary, Ms. Maria Martel: <br /> <br />Wednesday, September 11th <br />Thursday, September 19th <br />Friday, September 26th <br /> <br />After hearing from everyone, I will set a final time, date, and <br />place for the meeting and notify you accordingly. I will accept <br />the offer made this spring by the City of Lakewood to meet at its <br />facilities unless others find this objectionable. <br /> <br />As you know, the Board has decided that it would be <br />appropriate for it, as the state sponsor of this project, to seek <br />to foster a resolution of the issues concerning the availability <br />and allocation of space in Bear Creek Reservoir for water <br />conservation storage purposes. Accordingly, I asked the Corps of <br />Engineers to prepare a brief analysis of space availability some <br />months ago.
