<br />MWSI Project <br />Phase II Conjunctive Use Summary Report - DRAFT <br /> <br />August 22, 1995 <br /> <br />For the groundwater system, including groundwater wells, collection and distribution <br />systems, and water storage and treatment, conceptual plans should be developed in some detail. <br />These plans could include the two scenarios of an independent new well field verses the overlay <br />of an existing well field, on one ofthe scenarios at the discretion of the Technical Advisory <br />Committee, In both cases, well locations, pipeline locations and pipeline sizes should be <br />developed, and conceptual plans should be prepared for reservoir storage and water treatment. <br />The location and size of facilities should be refined and costed in specific detail. The tap fees <br />under the conjunctive use plans should be better defined and developed, The financial analysis <br />should include phasing of the project over time and should include financing costs as part of the <br />tap fee analysis, <br /> <br />47 <br />
