UR.\1Y <br />DANIEL M PETIlAMALA <br /> <br />For the 1949-1957 simulated period, the estimated inflows and outflows into and out of the Bear <br />Creek Reservoir, respecting, for the Indian Hills Water District's plan of augmentation for Case No. <br />W-8549-77 are summarized in TableA. The estimated District's depletions (outflows) are based upon <br />projected ultimate development of 380 residential units and lawn irrigation of less than 5 acres. <br /> <br />The Bear Creek water rights model used for Morrison's water rights was also used to determine the <br />depletion credits for the District's four shares in the Warrior Ditch. Some of the assumptions used <br />for this model are enumerated in our letter regarding the Town of Morrison's water rights.
