Input into
the model included the historic flows at the Morrison and Sheri-
dan gages on Bear Creek, ditch diversions, reservoir diversions
and releases and the ability of EMD's water rights to divert
during the irrigation season low flow periods. Assumptions were
made to adjust for some irrigation water rights which may be
changed to municipal uses. Some storage water in Evergreen Lake
will also be utilized for physical shortages caused by low flows
in Bear Creek.

cc: Evergreen Water Committee (w/enclosures)
