The purpose of the <br />attached issue paper is to provide a foundation for discussion on I) whether <br />habitat restoration might be counterproductive by exacerbating adverse effects <br />of nonnatives on endangered fishes, and 2) what can be done about it. Please <br />bring this report with you to the upcoming May 25-26 meeting in Grand <br />Junction.
