<br />It is anticipated that many differenti segments of the Fort Collins
<br />community and the surrounding area may have interests and concerns
<br />regarding a potential fishery in the poudre River. These interest: are
<br />likely to center on the economic and ~nvironmental costs and be~ef1ts that
<br />may relate to the plan. It is intended that all interes~ed part,es ~e ,
<br />included in the development and evalu~tion of ~he plan.,n order to ,dent,fy
<br />and address as many concerns as possible. It,s also ,ntended that
<br />interested parties have the opportunity to contribute information, .
<br />expertise, funding, equipment, labor, or other resources to the proJect.
