The report <br />discusses (1) whether Reclamation's determination of the impact of various dam-operating <br />alternatives on selected resources was reasonable and (2) what, if any, concerns still exist on <br />the part of key interested parties about the final impact statement, <br /> <br />We are providing a copy of this report to the Secretary of the Interior, the Assistant Secretary <br />for Water and Power, and the Commissioner of the Bureau of Reclamation, We will also make <br />copies available to others upon request. <br /> <br />This report was prepared under the direction of Victor S.
