This report: <br /> <br />. prepare the watershed plan, <br /> <br />. conduct required public meetings during <br />the planning process, and <br /> <br />. summarizes the results of planning to date, . <br /> <br />. execute a watershed plan agreement. <br /> <br />. identifies at least one feasible alternative <br />solution, and <br /> <br />. includes a plan of work to complete the <br />planning process. <br /> <br />This agreement sets forth implementation <br />responsibilities as to acquisition of real <br />property, installation of project measures, cost <br />share rates and project administration <br />requirements. <br /> <br /> <br />Page 10 <br />
