<br />drainage b~sin of ;ihe upper Frying Pan River on the western
<br />slope thru a 6 fmile tunnel underneath the Continental
<br />Divide to the upper Arkansas River on the eastern slope.

<br />. Enlargement of ;the existing Sugar Loaf Reservoir located
<br />near Leadville from its present storage capacity of 17,000
<br />acre feet to 117,000 acre feet.

<br />. Enlargement of the existing Twin Lakes Reservoir located
<br />near Leadville from its present storage capacity of 56,000
<br />acre feet to 260,000 acre feet.

<br />. Omstruction of a 60 mile canal system parallel to the Arkan-
<br />sas River between Sugar Loaf Reservoir and Salida to carry
<br />water thru 7 hydro-electric power plants for the production
<br />of 505 million K.W.H. of electrical energy annually.

<br />. Diversion of the upper Beaver Creek water from the existing
<br />reservoir to the municipal supply-system of Colorado Springs.

<br />. Construction of a 400,000 acre foot capacity reservoir on the
<br />Arkansas_ River six miles west of Pueblo.

<br />Construction of a domestic water supply 'line to Arkansas
<br />Valley communities located between Pueblo and Holly, at
<br />the option of the communities to be served.

<br />Construction of a replacement stor1;lge reservoir at a site one
<br />mile above Aspen, Colorado on the Roaring Fork River. This
<br />teservoir to serve the western slope area affected by the diver-
<br />sion of water from the Frying Pan River Basin.
