<br />G LilLi G 7 <br /> <br />IA. Call Worksheet Tables This task includes the design of one table; the Call <br />Worksheet (Calls) tables. This table contains a record of historic and current river <br />calls. It will include the calling right, calling structure, date and time a call was set, <br />date and time the call was released, the administration number of the call (and <br />associated priority dates), and a comment field. <br /> <br />1.5. Administrative Structure Type District Water and Division Worksheets will <br />contain information concerning points on the river that are not a structure such as a <br />river conIluence. In this task. a new structure type, defined herein to be <br />"Administrati\'e" will be added to the structure table. <br /> <br />1.6. River Network Information Tables This task includes the design of two tables: the <br />River Network Information (River_Network) table and the River Reach Loss <br />(Reach_inl;)) lable. Both are required for network calculations by the cUMailment and <br />depletion tools. The River Network Information table will include the upstream and <br />downstream relationships, associated reach name and id, and current call and previous <br />call. The River Reach Loss table will contain the /low velocity of the reach (in <br />ft/sec). the la!! (in hours). loss in the reach (in %) and climatic indicators which may <br />influence loss. <br /> <br />1.7. Rcal Timc Stations Tablcs This task includes the design of two tables; the Real <br />Time Station (real_time) and Real Time Measurement (RT _meas) table. Both <br />contain data associated with /low monitoring devices connected to a satellite network <br />maintained by State and/or the USGS. Note that Real time flow stations will be a <br />connected to HydroBase at the measurement type (Meas_type) table like other <br />environmental station tables. <br /> <br />1.8. Permission Table This task includes the modification of one table: the User (User) <br />Table which exists in the HB-CRDSS. One attribute. pemlissions, will be added to <br />allow water district write privileges to be defined for each user. A -99 will be used to <br />allow system wide administrative privileges. <br /> <br />1.9. Documentation This task will document the database additions associated with the <br />Administration Tool implementation. <br /> <br />Deliverahles: <br /> <br />I. Design of live water information sheet tables; the Water Information Sheet Data, the <br />Water Information Sheet Comments, the Priority diversion, the Exchange Diversion <br />and the Delivery Diversions tables. <br /> <br />2. The design of two water information sheet tables; the Water Information Sheet <br />Format (W1S Format) table and Water Information Sheet Formula (WlS Formula) <br />table. <br /> <br />3. Design of the State Special Project Data Tables. <br /> <br />4. Design of the State Special Project Format Table. <br /> <br />5.
