They are expected to have local copies of a GIS tool such as <br />ArcViewand the GUI intensive Water Resource Planning Model and Consumptive Use <br />Models. <br /> <br />The Water Commissioners, who may operate from their home, are limited by <br />communication speed and therefore must have a high end PC and a local database.
