selecting the Iools I Options menu ilcm on the main menu bar and selecting the
File Locations tab. Once Ihe GUt is opened, the user \..;ill be able to dcline the-
local ions of the database file components. The follov,:ing arc the descriptions of the

structure, wafer rights, Di....ersion, Historic streamflow. Map Layers. elc.
