<br />00 <br />l"': <br />o <br /> <br />Existing Water and Related Land Resources Developnent <br /> <br />.- <br /> <br />" <br />, <br /> <br />WAPA and TRGT follows the approximate route of the WAPA 230-kilovolt line <br />but drops south out of Wyoming and ties to the Ault substation east of Ft. <br />Collins, Colorado. <br /> <br />WAPA owns a 230-kilovolt line that extends approximately 100 miles south to <br />the Rifle substation where it interconnects with Public Service Company of <br />Colorado (PSCO). The COUE owns a 230/345-kilovolt line that traverses nearly <br />the same route and also interconnects with PSCO. Among the smaller lines con- <br />necting to the Ctaig substation is a 69-kilovolt line, owned by WREA, which <br />enters the area from the south. The Craig substation is one of the intercon- <br />nection points from which WREA receives energy for delivery to its customers <br />in the White River basin area south of the Yampa River basin. <br /> <br />YAVE, the distribution cooperative in the Yampa basin in both Colorado and <br />Wyoming, provides the retail electric service to customers in this area. <br /> <br />17 <br />
