Datum of gage is 7,980.25 it above <br />mean sea level, datum of 1929. Prior to May 16, 1908, staff gage at site 4 miles down- <br />stream. Records are equivalent. <br /> <br />Drainage area.~-1.320 sq mi, approximately. <br /> <br />Average discharge.--84 years (1890-1973). 906 cis (656,400 acre~ft per year), <br />Extremes,--I889-1973: Maximum discharge, 18,000 cis Oct. 5. 1911 (gage height, 6.80 ft), <br />from rating curve extended above 6,000 cfs; minimum daily, 69 cis Aug. 21. 1902. <br /> <br />Remarks.--Records excellent except for some winter months, which are fair. Flow regulated by <br />four reservoirs, total capacity 126,100 acre-ft, and by several smaller ones. Datum of gage is 9,866.60 ft above <br />mean sea level (levels by Bureau of Reclamation). <br /> <br />Drainage area.--40 sq mi, approximately. <br /> <br />Average dischar~e.--2l years (1953-73), 87.4 cfs (63.320 acre-it per year). <br />Extremes.~-1952_73: Maximum discharge, 1,160 cfs Nov. 1, 1957; maximum gage height, 4.29 <br />ft June IS, 1958; no flow Oct. 16-20, 1955. <br /> <br />Remarks.--Records good except those for Winter months, which are poor.
