They are presented solely for the purposes of stimulating discussion while on <br />the South Platte tour, and to get an idea from you about those options that appear most <br />promising and, therefore, warrant further research and educational efforts. <br /> <br />As you review the options, please bear in mind the following three general points: <br /> <br />J) First, while we recognize that several different factors could significantly alter any <br />future funding commitments, we assume for planning and discussion purposes that the <br />Program will be implemented largely as currently envisioned. To assume otherwise (i.e., <br />to assume that we only should consider partial funding) could lock us onto a path that may <br />be inadequate to meet the funding obligations over the entire 13 - 16 year first increment, <br />thereby jeopardizing the benefits that the State of Colorado and Colorado water users stand <br />to derive from the Program, With this in mind, Colorado's full funding might be assumed <br /> <br />Board of Land Cornmissloners .
