Snowpack amounts in <br />the Yampa and White basins are 92% of average on March 1, which is 3% higher than last month, <br />The North Platte and Laramie basins have 98% of average snowpack amount, which is the highest <br />percentage in the State. Precipitation in these basins during January was 95% of average, which <br />was just enough to hold the wateryear total at 96% of average, which is the same as last month, <br />Reservoir storage in these basins is at 112% of average, which is 8% higher than last year at this <br />time, The forecasted streamflow for this runoff season has remained almost the same as last month, <br />with most of the forecasts at near average, Forecasts range from 85% of average on the Yampa <br />River above Stagecoach Reservoir, to 106% of average on the North Platte River near Northgate, <br />
