quail ty data on both the shallow and deep aquifers in this area.
2, 3, 4 & 5 - C8; Risk of diminishing both quantity and quality of water with
installation of coal-fired electric generating plants.
RELATED LAND ISSUES:
31 - AI; 30 - A2; Several communi ties in this area are currently being
identified as having flOOd-prone areas. Flooding problems exist in
rural a.reas that are not protected by P. L. 566 type projects.
INSTITUTIONAL ISSUES:

development.
FINANCING AND REPAYMENT ISSUES:
