Cooley, is an <br />ex-officio member of all standing committees. <br /> <br />4. MEETINGS <br /> <br />. Administrative & Legal Committee: did not meet <br />. Engineering Committee: did not meet <br />. Operations Committee: Dec, 10, 1990 & Dec. 9, 1991 <br />. Annual Meeting, Lamar: Dec. 11, 1990 & Dec. 10, 1991 <br /> <br />The minutes of the December Annual Meetings are not included in this <br />annual report. Transcripts of the meeting minutes were .provided to the <br />Compact Administration and to each state previously, Copies of the <br />minutes are also available upon request from the Administration office <br />in Lamar. The minutes of the Annual Meetings also contain a summary <br />of the Operations Committee discussions. <br /> <br />Prior to coming together for the 1990 Annual Meeting several members <br />of the Administration retired and were replaced by the Governors of <br />their respective states. In Colorado, David W, Walker replaced J. <br />William McDonald as Director of the Colorado Water Conservation <br />-cucifu-dIlU i.vui... i.i::i ::itH::Ii VII i.iltll MUlllilli::ii.'di.iulI. ill Ki:tll::id::i, Lviii rUA vi <br />Syracuse and Randy Hayzlett of Lakin were appointed to the seats <br />formerly held by Ron Olomon and Carl Bentrup, These members <br />assumed their new roles during Compact Year 1991 at the December <br />11, 1990 Annual Meeting, At the 1990 Annual Meeting three <br />resolutions expressing the Administration's appreciation to the retiring <br />members were adopted. <br /> <br />At its December 9, 1991 meeting the Operations Committee reviewed <br />the . Annual Report of the Operations Secretary Concerning the <br />Operation of John Martin, 1991" (hereinafter MOper. Sec. 91 Report") <br />and recomme'nded its acceptance and approval which was given by <br />the full Administration at the December 10, 1991 Annual Meeting. <br />Much of the data contained in this annual report is derived from that <br />report. <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />..~c..
