Cropped Areas <br />Table MS 5 summarizes the average acreage of the various crops <br /> <br />cultivated during the 1946-1951 period in each state within the <br /> <br />natural drainage area of the Colorado River downstream from Lee <br /> <br />Ferry to the Arizona-Sonora Boundary and in Mexico within the drain- <br /> <br />age area of the Gila River. Crop acreages for 1951 are listed in <br /> <br />Table !1S 6. <br /> <br />3.
