<br />1. The document herein discussed entitled, "Caddoa Reservoir Studies,"
<br />was prepared Deoember 1945 by the Division of Water Resources, Kansas State
<br />Board of Agriculture" and was submitted by Kansas at the organization meet-
<br />ing of the Arkansas River Commissions of Colorado and Kansas, with the repre-
<br />sentative of the United States. held in Denver, January 7, 1946. When pre-
<br />eented the dooument WQS described as:
<br />
<br />"Some tabulaticns made during; the past year tending
<br />to show the e.mount of new water that might have been
<br />made available in the river basin by reason of the
<br />operation of John Martin Reservoir," - whioh tabula-
<br />tions were submitted:
<br />
<br />"for study and for such relevancy as they might have
<br />on later questions of a division of water between
<br />the two States and provisions that should be inoor-
<br />porated in an interstate compact."
<br />
<br />2. The document was accepted for purposes of study, and, having been
<br />examined by Colorado, its contents appear to consist of tabulations of oal-
<br />culated water quantities, and graphs prepared therefrom, as follows:
